Any personal information submitted to this blog by any reader is kept strictly private and never published except for the reader’s name submitted with a comment (see Reader Comments below). Only a name and e-mail address are required to submit a comment or communicate with the author, and the e-mail address will never be published, so no personal information should ever be included in blog posts or comments. Any comment submitted by a reader and not subsequently published will be kept strictly private.
Reader Comments
Readers may post comments to the author on any article, and may contact the author via the comment box or direct e-mail to pose any question or comment related to the content of this blog. All comments are reviewed by the author, who has sole discretion on whether or not the comment will be posted for view by other readers. This review and approval of all comments is necessary to insure that all published comments are relevant and appropriate, and to guard against spam mechanisms. The author may choose to communicate with the reader in private, depending on the content of the comment or inquiry. Any reader wishing to make a comment or inquiry not for publication should indicate clearly in the submission that the comment is not to be published. Any reader commenting on an article must give his or her name for publication; anonymous submissions, and submissions with obvious “handles” or screen names to hide the commenter’s identity, will not be published, and may not be responded to. The author will try to respond to all comments and inquiries, but may not be able to respond in a timely manner, or at all, depending on the nature of the inquiry and his workload, for which he apologizes in advance. Readers must also recognize that Internet e-mail is not infallible; if you have not had a reply to a valid inquiry in a reasonable time, please re-send your inquiry.

Any identification of a business or service included in a comment will be published only if the author of the blog deems it appropriate. While the author may recognize or even recommend a competing colleague in real estate practice when the author deems such recognition appropriate, the author makes no apology for refusing to identify a competing service provider when the only purpose served would be to promote the competitor.
