About Kerry Beach
Kerry Beach began his real estate career in 2003, after thirty-seven years in engineering and technology. Kerry holds degrees in both Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, and worked for a wide variety of employers, including Microsoft, Texas Instruments, General Electric, and lots of startups that no longer exist. In his engineering career, Kerry served in a wide range of positions, from designer to team leader to manager to executive. This engineering background and wide-ranging business experience, especially experience managing consulting businesses, gives Kerry a tremendous base for his real estate practice.
Kerry holds real estate Broker licenses in both North Carolina and South Carolina, and is a member of both the Charlotte Regional Realtor® Association and the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors®. Kerry holds the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation and, along with all of his Helen Adams colleagues, is Quality Service Certified.
Kerry provides real estate services in the following areas:
- Seller and buyer representation on residential properties throughout the Charlotte market, including new homes and custom-built homes
- Seller, buyer, landlord and tenant representation for light commercial properties in retail, office and light industrial applications
- Seller and buyer representation for land, all applications
- Investment real estate in residential, commercial and land categories
If a need requires specialized knowledge beyond his experience, Kerry has contacts throughout the local market and can refer the client to an appropriate practitioner. Kerry and Helen Adams Realty also have contacts throughout the country and can refer a client to an appropriate agent wherever they need high-quality real estate services.
Kerry has years of experience managing, training and coaching bright, creative people to help them succeed. He has recently begun applying that experience to real estate professionals, and is available for coaching and training in selected topics.
